Broadway’s first Korean musical, KPOP, is holding online auditions! Due to COVID-19, the production is not holding in-person auditions until circumstances permit. For their first round of auditions, they are seeking video submissions only. The production is set for pre-Broadway this Fall.
KPOP is an exhilarating new Broadway show that takes a fictional look inside the KPOP universe.
Specifically, the production is looking for Korean, Korean-American and Asian-American men and women in their 20s who are strong singers and dancers. Special dance skills are a plus!
They ask that you include the following in your video submission:
- A video of yourself singing a contemporary KPOP (or pop) song that showcases your vocals
- A dance reel, clip of a dance performance of short video that shows off your dance abilities
- A copy of your resume (if you have one) or a brief description of your singing/dance/acting/performance experience
This production is not able to respond to every submission, however they will view every video and will be in touch via email or phone if they need anything further.
To submit a resumé, video and dance reel, and for audition specifics, visit kpopbroadway.com/casting.
