As part of the Warner Records Research and Analysis team you will help educate, inform, and develop strategies. You will work side by side with other analysts on the team with a primary focus of becoming a subject matter expert on the effects of digital campaigns and marketing and how they impact our Artists’ growth and development. Develop and manage standard reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.). Measure, monitor and build KPI’s for the department and individual artists. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in social media metrics for the label and rostered artists. Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis.
