Warner Music Group wants a Creative Design Temp

This role will hold creative conversations for assigned projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and help coordinate with the project team to execute final art. They are responsible for vision, art from concept to completion, overseeing design and can balance a variety of assignments (both physical and digital).

Here you’ll get to: Provide art direction, design and vision for physical packaging and marketing assets; Collaborate with content development teams, artists, and management on imagery/storytelling; Be a hands-on artist, charged with executing complex design and layout; Work with the production team on timelines, samples, and materials; Advise on photo research, curation, and licensing of relevant material; Traffic art files through editorial, and obtain approvals; Communicate with our business affairs team on licensing and contract questions; Source, hire and manage a variety of external creative designers and illustrators; Design or illustrate original art for campaign initiatives; Manage budgets and company resources.
