Genre-blending singer and songwriter Uwade has released anticipated debut album Florilegium, and celebrated by dropping a video for "Clearer Through You."
A beautiful blend of soul, folk and electronica, Beth Orton is a clear reference point.
“I have always seen and understood myself in and through those closest to me,” Uwade said in a statement. “I love changing. I love when things change, and I hate when things change, but I know it's so good, and it's so fruitful and so beautiful, and it's so sad. But without these moments of crisis, this all becomes a bit flat. You know, sometimes a little bit of chaos is beautiful.”
