Rapper Saweetie has released new single and video "Is it the Way" via warner, and true to form it's a fiery hip-hop banger.
"Sampling Jill Scott’s classic 'The Way,' Saweetie adds her own unique flavor to the track with her empowering verses," reads the press release. "Dedicated to women around the world, the song celebrates strength, individuality, and showcases the ICY Girl mentality."
"Is it the way that I walk, is it the way that I talk," she asks in the chorus, later stating, "I'm a homerun!" Truer words have never been spoken.
