GRAMMY-winning singer, songwriter and actress Coco Jones has released new single and video "Sweep it Up," and it's a classic R&B summer slammer.
“'Sweep It Up' serves as a warning to those playing with others' hearts, that if they can’t figure out what they want in time then somebody else may swoop in and steal it from them," reads the press release. “'Sweep It Up' was written by Courtney Jones, Lazaro Camejo, & Leon Thomas and produced by London On Da Track, Ray Keys, Jeremy "J Dot" Jones, & Cash Money AP.
Of the release, Coco says, "I am so excited to give the world an uptempo R&B bop… I’ve been waiting on this for awhile”.
The video opens with Jones and a couple of friends laughing in a car about sweeping things up, then venturing to store to literally purchase a broom. Cue further driving and dancing.
