Houston rapper Cartel Bo has dropped new EP CHAPO via Warner Records and Maxo Kream’s Big Persona. That coincides with new video "You Not Rich (featuring Maxo Kream himself).
"Bo delivers a fierce message on... 'You Not Rich,' making it clear that his opposition has never been a real threat," reads the press request. "With each bar, he systematically dismantles his rivals. His rapid-fire flow and sharp one-liners cut through the illusion of fame and fortune, showcasing his lyrical prowess as a force to be reckoned with."
It is a banger, opening up with a menacing, Rocky-esque tone, before Bo starts slamming internet warriors -- the sort of people who will talk shit online but hide when things get serious. We see a guy eating chips and trolling Bo, before the rapper reaches out of the laptop and grabs said troll. It's very therapeutic.
