Some of the responsibilities include to develop and execute global marketing strategy for a roster of Hip-Hop/R&B artists, with a heavy emphasis on digital and creator strategy. Work in tandem with the International Digital Strategy team to develop targeted campaigns that drive efficient and effective growth across all platforms – DSP, social, and beyond, with a heavy emphasis on creator strategy, develop local UMG affiliate relationships while also developing direct partner and tastemaker and influencer relationships across key territories. Create and execute artist branding, marketing materials and original content specific to each campaign. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Digital Strategy, A&R, Revenue, Product Development, TV & Film Licensing, and Artist Management to support the artist’s brand. Proactively communicate goals and project analysis internally as well with all international affiliates and artist management. Regularly interface with artist management on all aspects of commercial release plan and marketing strategy to ensure the success of the project. Understand and analyze the constant flow of streaming, social data, as well as traditional media, where applicable, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly. Planning and budgeting of international promo trips as well as touring schedules. Along with fielding interview and press requests to secure international exposure
