Slash Slays at Amoeba Music Hollywood

Grammy award winning Guitarist and songwriter Slash appeared at Amoeba Music in Hollywood alongside vocalist/guitarist Tash Neal and Teddy “zigzag” Andreadas. Slash performed among the sold out crowd to promote his 6th solo album ‘Orgy of the Damned’. ‘Orgy of the Damned’ is a collection 12 high energy songs that rebirth the blues classics and instrumentals with a discase approach to a revamp sound. On this new incredible album, Slash and his blues band, honor undiscovered and well known tracks and give new energy to songs that are impossible to be copied.

Slash's skillful guitar play and undeniable acoustic sound radiant throughout the record shop. Tash Neal vocals to the song ‘Living for the city’ about a boy living in the hard Times of Mississippi, brought some of the crowd to tears. Teddy “zigzag” Andreadas keyboard playing skills are unstoppable as they played songs like “Killing floor” and “Awful Dream” . To add to that, both Andreadas and Neal are a throwback Slashes 90’s blues band. Before the performance, DJ and former MTV VJ Matt Pinfield kicked things off with a brief Q&A. Slash will be back in July, for his ‘Serpent ‘ festival at the Greek theatre.
