Inspired by the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of their late mentor and colleague, a group of former colleagues and experienced music industry professionals have announced the relaunch of the company with the opening of new offices in Los Angeles and London.

The management firm partners Ricardo Fernandez Zambak, Aahmek Richards, Jon Camche and Georgio Constantinou relaunched the company in honor of their late friend and colleague, Michael Theanne, who passed away on Feb. 29, 2020, after collapsing during a hike with his dogs at the age of 45. As the co-founder of Seminal Music Group in 2010, Theanne was the global manager for Steve Aoki, Cheat Codes, and Deorro and is remembered for his ability to transition his passion into a lifestyle and prioritize the important things in life. Billboard wrote of the passing of Michael and he his legacy, stating, “[Theanne] helped establish Aoki as a leading global EDM artist by securing him headlining slots at major European festivals, such as Tomorrowland, and booking his Ibiza residencies, including this summers' run at Amnesia. Theanne received a 2016 Grammy nomination for his work on the Steve Aoki documentary, I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead.”
