Must Have’s:
- Music Industry background, this could look like many different things for example a DJ, a performer, radio experience, creative arts, sound engineering, etc.
- Experience working in an office setting in a business environment.
- Must be able to work onsite 100% of the time in Austin, TX
Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years in operations or support
- Strong analytical & research skills: Ability to research music artist data and optimize your approach to evaluating large sets of music data.
- Needs strong Excel/Google sheets skills
- Demonstrates strong music knowledge
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with others easily
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Skill Preferred: Working knowledge and understanding of music industry, including relevant record labels, eras and genre
- distinctions past and present: An understanding of the various genres: Hip-Hop, R&B, Rock & Metal, Electronic/EDM, Alternative etc.
- Day to Day Responsibilities: Music Video Tagging
- Education: College degree or High school pass out with relevant background experience.
