Another fun encore episode of the MC Podcast is here just in time for the upcoming Mental Health Awareness week in October. The Podcast team sits down with singer-songwriter-musician Brent Smith from Shinedown. The Jacksonville, FL-based band has sold more than 10 million records worldwide and has 13 number-one singles on the Billboard rock chart tying Van Halen. In May 2018, Shinedown released Attention Attention which Smith describes as an album of songs that deal with mental health, facing fears and not being afraid to fail.
