Frazer Smith, legendary radio personality, actor and stand-up comedian, hosted a special presentation at the 9th Annual Music Industry Reunion
The 9th annual Music Industry Reunion Los Angeles brought together over 120 of our industries finest. Radio, Record, Artists, Managers, Producers, Lawyers, Legends and Pros flocked to the Southern California event. Calabasas’ Sagebrush Cantina outdoor bar was home for the event again this year.
“The best one yet”, said Joel Denver, former AllAcces Publisher, with his elbow at the bar. KROQ''s David Baum said: "So wonderful seeing so many old buddies from the truly great days of KROQ when things were done that could not have been done any other time in history" Everyone said: So much fun!”
Frazer Smith, legendary radio personality, actor and stand-up comedian, hosted the Reunion’s In Memoriam celebration of unforgettable friends and colleagues: Dusty Street, Geno Michellini, Jim Ladd, ending with a toast to their memory and a reminder how fortunate we are to join to together at an event like this.
While mini-reunions of Radio’s KTYD and KROQ blasted, records labels A&M, MCA and EMI/Capitol Records and many more met up and swapped war stories of “the day”.
Event organizers, Jon Scott and Kenny Ryback welcomed folks who travels from as far away as New York and Florida. Guest included: Val Garay, Michael Lloyd, Rick Frio, David Forman, Joel Denver, J.B.Brenner, Mike Bone, Diane Bennett, Mike Gormley, David Helfant, Jean Johnson,Toby Mamis, Tommy Nast, Marsha Costa, Roy Trakin, Steve Resnik.
