RCA Records and The Gramercy Park Hotel have announced they formed an artistic partnership for their The Rose Bar Sessions. The series kicked off May 21 with an inaugural performance by RCA’s own critically acclaimed pop, blues and rock’n’roll singer Elle King. The Rose Bar Sessions will feature a myriad of RCA Records artists performing intimate and exclusive music showcases for music and entertainment industry tastemakers. The space filled with iconic artwork and custom furniture has hosted cherished performances by artists such as Axl Rose, Bleachers, Rufus Wainwright and Liza Minnelli.
“The Rose Bar is one of New York’s most iconic artistic landmarks with an ambiance that is unmatched. The venue has hosted shows from an array of remarkable and legendary musicians, making it an ideal setting for us to showcase the talents of RCA artists. We couldn’t be more excited for our artists to be a part of that legacy,” noted RCA Records EVP John Fleckenstein.
“We are thrilled to be sharing the magic that is created during Rose Bar Sessions with the incredible array of artists from RCA Records,” said Patrick Hall, Vice President of hotel operations at RFR Holding LLC, New York.
