Producer Hill Kourkoutis has been nominated for Recording Engineer of the Year

Joe D'Ambrosio Management's clients, Hill Kourkoutis and Jay Dufour, have received notable recognition at the 2025 JUNO Awards. 

Kourkoutis is nominated for Recording Engineer of the Year for co-writing, co-producing, recording, mixing and playing multiple instruments on “Ghost” from Sebastian Gaskin’s album, Lovechild, and co-writing, producing, engineering, mixing and all instruments on “Should We” from Emi Jeen’s album, Razzle

In 2022, Kourkoutis was the first female nominee and winner for Recording Engineer of the Year in the history of the JUNO Awards. 

JUNO-winning mixer Jay Dufour mixed several songs on multiple projects recognized at this year's 2025 JUNO awards. Sebastian Gaskin’s “Brown Man” from the album, Lovechild, up for Contemporary Indigenous Artist or Group of the Year, Dom Vallie’s “The Weekend,” from the album, See You When I See You…, up for Rap Album/EP of the Year and  Donovan Woods’  “I’m Around” and “How Good” from the album, Things Were Never Good If They’re Not Good Now, up for Contemporary Roots Album of the Year.

The 54th Annual JUNO Awards, hosted by Michael Bublé, will be held on March 30, 2025, at 5 pm PT at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The JUNO Awards will be broadcast and streamed live across Canada on CBC TV, CBC Gem, CBC Radio One, CBC Music, CBC Listen, and globally at CBCMusic.ca/junos.
