The late Jerry Leiber and his partner Mike Stoller, writer of such hits as “Hound Dog,” “Kansas City,” “Jailhouse Rock,” “Stand By Me,” “On Broadway,” and “Is That All There Is?” developed and funded The ASCAP Foundation Leiber & Stoller Scholarship program. This scholarship provides assistance to high school seniors who will be attending college majoring in music.
