In the midst of their 60+ date US tour and fresh off two sold-out NYC shows, Milky Chance, unfortunately, had to contend with the elements after a show was canceled due to lightning. However, they didn’t leave their fans hanging: The duo gave a surprise acoustic performance of their hit song “Stolen Dance” (which just entered the exclusive Spotify Billion stream club) outside their tour bus.
Coming tomorrow, Milky Chance will release their new album Living In A Haze, which smashes New Wave and 80s synth-pop against modern club sounds. It’s another delightfully confounding step in Milky Chance’s evolution from a teenage recording project to a festival-dominating alt-pop act.
