One of Japan's largest record labels, Avex Group Holdings Inc., is searching worldwide for new talent with their own contest. Now through Jan. 31, 2013, Avex is accepting submissions from artists between the age of 10-30. Successful participants will be promised a shot at debuting on a major label.
