ISC 2019 Extended Deadline Approaching on Nov. 6

Entering ISC (International Songwriting Competition) offers the opportunity for your music to be heard by a panel of recording artists and music executives who can influence and launch an artist's career. Winning ISC  has propelled many artists, including getting record and publishing deals, licensing agreements, gigs, and much more. Past winners have included Vance Joy; Bastille; Gotye; Illenium; Lindsey Stirling; Kimbra; The Band Perry; Gregory Porter; Kehlani; Andrew Bird; Passenger; Gin Wigmore; Dean Lewis; For King And Country; Kasey Chambers; Rachel Bloom; Lupe Fiasco; and many more.

The ISC deadline to enter is right around the corner, so enter your songs now. ISC is open to amateur and professional songwriters and offers 23 categories of music for you to enter. A total of 71 winners will share more than $150,000 in cash and prizes, including an overall Grand Prize consisting of $25,000 (US) cash and much more in merchandise and services.

In addition to celebrity judges, the panel also includes record label executives. Included are Sylvia Rhone (Chairwoman/CEO, Epic Records), Avery Lipman (Founder/President, Republic Records), Mike Easterlin (Co-President, Elektra Music Group), and A&R reps whose job it is to find new artists and songs. The record labels represented on ISC's judging panel include Republic, Epic, Parlophone, Elektra, Capitol, Glassnote, Concord, Alligator, Atlantic, Wind-Up, Black River, New West, Warner, Word, Third Man, and more. You can upload or mail your songs, or you can give us a streaming link to your songs, making it really easy because ISC will go to the link and listen to your songs there. Click here to enter.

AAA (Adult Album Alternative), AC (Adult Contemporary), Americana, Blues, Children's Music, Christian, Comedy/Novelty, Country, EDM (Electronic Dance Music), Folk/Singer-Songwriter, Instrumental, Jazz, Latin Music, Lyrics Only, Music Video, Performance, Pop/Top 40, R&B/Hip-Hop, Rock, Teen (for songwriters 18 years old and younger), Unpublished, Unsigned Only (this category is open only to songwriters and artists who are not signed to a major record label), and World Music.

Entrants may submit as many songs as they wish—in the same category or in multiple categories.
