Parallel Management and Parallel Music Publishing have announced the signing of country artist Alex Hall to their roster for both personal management and publishing representation.
“We are so excited to have Alex Hall join our team,” says Tim Hunze. “We knew he was a star the minute he picked up the guitar and sang. We are looking forward to helping him fulfill his dreams."
Hall, a native of Gainesville, GA, started showing his love of music as early as three years old—when the youngster picked up a toy guitar and performed the Elvis Presley classic “Blue Suede Shoes” for family and friends. The singer started taking guitar lessons at age 14, and by his senior year in high school, he was playing 175 shows a year. Since moving to Nashville in March of 2014, Hall has spent the past two years honing his craft as a vocalist and as a tunesmith. He says that Parallel seems like the right fit.
“I met with a lot of different people, and it’s good when you have somebody in your corner who is working as hard—if not harder—than you are, every day of the week. It’s an incredible feeling to have such a great team who is behind working hard, and believing in you as well,” he said. “I met with several publishing and management companies. Tim Hunze and Hannah Showmaker are such wonderful people. They have been doing so well with other writers and artists, and everyone I’ve talked to about them says that when you walk into Parallel, it feels like home. It truly does feel like a family over there, and I am so glad to be working with them.”
Already in his career, Hall has opened for artists such as Scotty McCreery, Jana Kramer and Thomas Rhett.
