Sony Music Entertainment has
appointed Randy Goodman to Chairman
& Chief Executive Officer, Sony Music
Nashville. In this role, Goodman will be
responsible for overseeing all of Sony
Music Nashville operations, including
Arista Nashville, Columbia Nashville and
RCA Nashville, as well as Provident Music
Group. A 30-year industry veteran and a Nashville native, Goodman’s extensive career includes 16 years with RCA Records. During that time he served as Executive Vice President/General Manager of the RCA Label Group in Nashville. He worked with Waylon Jennings, Alabama, Dave Matthews Band, Martina McBride, Clint Black, Keith Whitley and The Judds.
