Dream punk band Glacier Veins has announced that they have signed to Equal Vision Records. Fans can watch the band's new video "Talk,"—a joint release between Equal Vision Records and Common Ground Records—premiering now.
On the new single, frontwoman Malia Endres shares, "'Talk' goes through an emotional period in a relationship and emphasizes the importance and power of communication in a relationship. The music video uses the intensity, uncertainty and frustration of an interrogation scene as a metaphor for what is felt during an emotional period in a relationship. It displays the difficulties and problems of communication but ends with a realization, similar to how proper communication can lead to understanding in a relationship."
Glacier Veins is Malia Endres, Kyle Woodrow, Jason Espinoza, and Tyler Groce. The band began as Endres' solo project and dream in 2015 and has grown to incorporate more friends and musicians in the years since. In 2016, Glacier Veins released their debut EP Clear Your Head, which emphasizes emotion in their music and lyrics. The band earned a spot on the Portland date of the 2016 Vans Warped Tour and played the 2017 Treefort Fest in Boise, ID. Their second EP Dreamspace was released in 2017 via Common Ground Records and connects with the band's mindset of always dreaming and creating tangibility.
