The new Adam Jones Flying V Collector’s Edition is an out-of-this-world limited-edition Flying V™ from Adam Jones and is designed and built to reflect his preference for heavier guitars. The Adam Jones Flying V Collector’s Edition features a non-weight relieved mahogany body, string-through ferrules, a Futura™-style split headstock design, custom appointments, a truss rod cover with exclusive artwork overlaid, and a meticulously applied Reverse Antique Silverburst finish. Aged by the artisans of the Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab, only 50 units have been hand-crafted by the expert luthiers and craftspeople of the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville, TN, as part of this extraordinary limited run.
The Adam Jones Flying V Collector’s Edition arrives with a hardshell case.Arriving the same day as the guitar, is the Adam Jones Leather Guitar Strap and Brooch combo. Developed by Adam himself, the guitar strap is made in the USA from black 9/10 oz. latigo leather and is used by Adam on stage. The adjustable belt buckle-style hardware allows you to adjust the length between 52” and 60” in one-inch increments and it’s adorned with a Two-Headed Dog hand-cast and plated brooch developed by artist Alex Kuno.
