Don McLean, the man behind the number one song “American Pie,” was part of the Grammy Museum’s “In Conversation With,” series on March 29. Just two nights before, McLean was playing the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, CA. Grammy Museum Artistic Director Scott Goldman conducted the interview with McLean. McLean shared stories of his 50-year career and kept the audience laughing the whole time. McLean played a short set of songs by himself acoustically following the Q&A.
