The Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund’s 2nd Awards Gala honored eight supporters on Oct. 31, at the Avalon in Hollywood, CA. The event raised funds for cancer research, prevention and education. There was a live performance by Dio Disciples, comprised of former members of the band Dio and a number of prominent rock musicians. Members of the performance troupe Cirque Berzerk assisted with the awards presentation and performed their own set. A few of the evening's honorees included Neil Warnock, Stanley J.
