An A-List Music Publisher is seeking contemporary, sample-free Rap/Hip-hop songs with male or female vocals for Film and TV Sync Licensing.
They’re on the hunt for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Songs in the general stylistic ballpark of artists like: Logic, J. Cole, Lil Nas X, Cardi B, etc. Please listen to the following references they gave us to get a feel for the vibe they need:

Lyric themes can vary, but should be inline with what you’d typically hear in the Rap/Hip-Hop genre. You’d be wise to avoid specific names, places, dates, times, brands, and profanity. Do NOT copy the referenced acts in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a guide for tempo, tone, and vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.

This company offers exclusive deals and pays an upfront fee to buy the copyright and master recording. You’ll keep the writer’s share of the publishing.
