Riding off the success of his 2020 movie "The Tax Collector," L.A. veteran rapper Conejo gave those in concert at club Catch One a dope, rare performance; with the theme entitled "Nightmare Before X-Mas III." Seldom seen, but when seen, Conejo delivers, and he delivered well; alongside New York's very own rhyme spitter Crimeapple, and Cypress Hill DJ/Soul Assassins Founder, DJ Muggs, on the wheels of steel.
A handful of opening hip-hop acts begun the show under a dim lit stage; creating more of a darker vibe; however, things got more enthusiastic once DJ Muggs, but most evidently, once Conejo hit the stage. Conejo entered the stage with a bright red ski mask on his face with an army textured, green color Timberland boots on his feet (a unique style for an LA native, though fresh at the same time). Conejo performed certain hit records from his catalog, moreover, music videos played in the background as he represented. The room was packed out with those who support Conejo and his movement. A solid show to say the least, I can't wait until "Nightmare Before X-Mas IV," but hopefully, Conejo begins to do even more shows in order to build an even bigger audience next time around.
