The company’s initial roster includes emerging country artist Austin Snell, who is co-managed with River House Artists’ Zebb Luster; beauty influencer, entrepreneur, and co-founder of DIBS Beauty Courtney Shields; and Five Marys Ranch, a family-run business that raises premium-quality, dry-aged meats and clean tallow products from pasture to plate. Butera will help enhance the brand’s presence and spearhead new business ventures.

As a Music Agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), some of her roster included Lauren Alaina, Austin Snell, Austin Williams, Bryce Leatherwood, Walker Montgomery, and more. Now, Butera is leveraging her extensive network and expertise to create innovative management solutions for a new generation of talent.
