BMI has announced its schedule of events during 2025 SXSW Music Conference and Festival. From March 11-14, BMI will spotlight 42 acts across six showcases, providing a go-to destination to discover today’s rising stars in pop, country, Latin, hip-hop, R&B, rock and everything in between. A founding sponsor of the festival for over 30 years, BMI’s stages have been known for consistently presenting the best new music from its incredible roster of songwriters.

BMI Presents Howdy

BMI is thrilled to present its annual Howdy Texas party at Still Austin Whiskey Co. (440 E St Elmo Rd Suite F). The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature performances from nine diverse Texas-based artists, including Smooth Nature, Sydney Wright, KAZIMI, Sunny Sauceda, Mikky & The Doom, and more, with styles ranging from R&B/pop with western influences to southern rap, indie-pop and post-punk.
YETI Music Showcase, Presented by BMI
March 12th-14th at YETI Flagship

There will be something for everyone at the annual YETI Music Showcase, Presented by BMI at the YETI Flagship on South Congress (220 S Congress Ave). Over the course of three days, attendees will have the chance to check out 18 sets from emerging artists spanning the spectrum from bedroom pop and rock to indie singer/songwriter and country. The event will also include drink specials and food pop-ups. The showcase is sponsored by Agazul, Coca-Cola, Dickel, Karbach, Smartwater, Topo Chico and White Claw.

BMI is excited to present the BMI Songwriters Circle under the Revival Tent at Luck Reunion for the third consecutive year. BMI songwriters Valley James, Coleman Jennings and JD Clayton will perform intimate renditions of some of their favorite songs and share stories of the inspiration behind them.
