With recent successful ventures spearheading branding growth campaigns for companies in the music and audio industries, and a musical/artistic background as a critically acclaimed songwriter, composer and recording artist, Emiko is a clear reflection of the BLVD Sounds’ multifaceted platform and will oversee the complete operation of the company, ensuring goals are met and leading team members to optimize the app’s user and artist experience.

Prior to taking the position of President of BLVD Sounds, Emiko led business development and marketing strategies for companies in the music and audio industry while maintaining her passion for making music as an artist. The award-winning songwriter, composer (with music in over twenty TV series’), and recording artist, has performed with Cyndi Lauper, Major Lazer, Marcus Mumford, sharing the stage with Jackson Browne, Keb Mo’, Chris Barron and more. Emiko has successfully built multiple bridges between the artist and business side of the music industry creating a harmonious balance of the two in an eco-system of service and a culture of progress.
Deeply rooted in classical music, Emiko began her career at the tender age of just two and a half, retiring as a concert pianist by age twelve. Her impressive catalogue landed her recognition by the Songwriters Hall of Fame in her early 20’s.
