Today, AMERICANAFEST released a statement to update the public on their current status due to the Pandemic shutdown. The statement reads as follows:
We've got some big updates to share with you. Through the new Americana Music Association Foundation, we’re currently working on something incredibly exciting for our community to be able to come together safely and connect with one another this fall. This will be an engaging experience unlike any other that we can all be a part of over the course of three days, no matter where you may live in the world. Be sure to mark your calendars for Thursday, June 18 to find out more.
We've decided to focus on bringing you this new experience in lieu of holding this year's AMERICANAFEST in wake of the current COVID-19 pandemic. If you've purchased an event pass or applied to showcase, we'll be sending you important info regarding refund policy options next Thursday, June 18.
AMERICANAFEST will be returning to Nashville, TN, on Sept. 21-26, 2021, and we're looking forward to seeing you all in person then!
