Saga’s Michael Sadler vocally shatters the stratosphere on “Storm Surge” and Randy McStine slays on “Cognitive Dissonance.” It’s an apt choice that King Crimson’s “Frame By Frame” is here, as much of the album draws on that band’s dynamic energy.
