Blind since birth, this electronic artist and Reiki healer rose to prominence in the SF Bay Area in the early 1980s. She had recently returned to composing due to recent interest in her work, and sadly passed away just one month before this release. This is essential listening for anyone interested in “pure” electronic music, and shamanistically straddles the line between meditative spirituality and the strange and abstract. “Marking Time” sounds like an alien lava flow, and “Small Reptiles On The Forest Floor” is suitably delightful. Recommended!
