AIMP Luncheon Panel On Trailer Music

AIMP will hold a luncheon panel on trailer music on July 21 at Lawry’s in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

There have been many changes in the world of trailer music recently. The bar continues to rise for the quality of music, and more publishers and libraries are in the mix than ever before. Top names in music are writing for trailers now; “trailerized” cover songs are popular; sound design, custom music and overlays are becoming the norm; and the quality in overall production has stepped up tremendously.

The panelists who will speak at the luncheon include:
• Anny Colvin, music supervisor at Jax @ Rock Paper Scissors
• Maura Duval-Griffin, Music Licensing & Business Development of Audiomachine; Freelance trailer music supervisor
• Sally House, owner and executive producer of The Hit House
• Aura Kay, trailer editor of Aspect

Emily Weber, VP Creative Licensing for Trailers & Promos of Position Music, will be Moderator.

Cost:
AIMP Members - $44.00 per person
AIMP Non-Members - $57.00 per person
