Detroit rappers TWIZTID are once again celebrating Christmas with the meaning of the season at the forefront. The duo have announced their 2nd annual Twiztmas Party, which will feature free entry with the donation of four canned foods, or for just $1 with service fees through ticketweb.com.
Twiztmas will take place at The Crofoot in Pontiac, MI on Dec. 5 at 7:00 p.m. and all ages are welcome. The party will include a silent auction featuring ultra-rare merchandise, complimentary food and, in addition to TWIZTID, performances by Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Krizz Kaliko and others.
"Twiztmas is our way of saying thank you to our family for another awesome year of representing with us. Merry Twiztmas!" commented Jamie Madrox and Monoxide.
Canned goods can be dropped off at The Crofoot starting now until tickets sell out—almost half of the tickets have already been claimed! Canned good donations will go to Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, and the silent auction funds will go to the Humane Society and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
After Twiztmas, the party continues with TWIZTID's very own New Years Evil 8, taking place at Alrosa Villa in Columbus, OH on New Year's Eve. Support will come from Blaze and Insane E. Doors are at 6:00 p.m. and all ages are welcome. Attendees can purchase tickets now via Ticketmaster.
