If the winner is from out of town and cannot work in-studio, an alternate prize is a free piano/Hammond/Fender Rhodes/Keys programming recording of one song by Cockpit owner and music producer, songwriter, pianist AVLI.
AVLI of Avli Music Productions (SONY, Geffen Records, Warner Bros, Air Supply to mention a few) is a music producer, songwriter, pianist and owner of The Cockpit Studio, established by Avli Music Productions in 2005, specializing in synthesizers, midi programming and audio processing. Avli’s creative work ranges from dramatic, action-adventure, Middle Eastern-World Music, to modern, electronic rock and pop. Avli continued his work in artist development as a producer, songwriter and arranger and began working with record labels; Sony BMG, Warner Bros. and Geffen Records as well as producing live concerts at Carnegie Hall and Disney (WDI). The Cockpit Studio is a recording studio opened in July 2015 in Los Angeles and has been a home for many singer/songwriters and artists in development.
