mydiveo™ has announced development of its global artist discovery video platform and creative network for music lovers. The new site and companion app will help artists, music fans, brands and scouts find talent worldwide.
“There's a void in the current marketplace for a mobile, easy-to-navigate platform to find talent that also helps artists network with each other,” said Driss Ouazzani, co-founder and acting CEO of mydiveo. “We listened to what artists and the industry said they need to expedite discovery and responded with a new website/app that lets users create a mobile portfolio and video resume.”
mydiveo will enable artists, music lovers, industry professionals and brands to connect, collaborate and engage. The platform will streamline the process of finding new artists by making it easy to view, record, upload and share “diveos,” talent discovery videos. The extensive proprietary database lets users effortlessly find and watch artists of interest while connecting with the ones they like.
“mydiveo, which recently launched in beta, has already demonstrated its value by connecting high-profile talent and properties. In a recent real-world test, using the new platform we helped America’s Got Talent look for emerging artists who could be potentially featured on the show,” said Roslynn Cobarrubias, co-founder and CMO. “During the early beta process, we also captured exclusive content with social media personality Liane V. that was directed by actor/singer Quincy. To fully test-drive the capabilities of the platform, we also booked critically acclaimed Brooklyn indie-dance duo Matt & Kim and rapper King Lil G to appear on the new SkeeTV show airing weekly on FuseTV, hosted by DJ Skee.”
