The Berklee College of Music will be hosting a kick-off event for its summer program on Monday, March 16 from 4PM-6PM at Santa Monica High School.
Attendees can learn about Berklee in L.A.'s two summer programs: "It's All in the Song" (program dates July 20 - 24) and their "Performance Program" (program dates July 27 - 31) and mingle with Berklee faculty, alumni and music students from L.A. area high schools. They will also have the opportunity to meet Grammy Award-winning and Multiplatinum songwriter, record producer and rapper Dawaun Parker.
Regiment Horns, the featured horn section on Justin Timberlake's 20/20 Experience World Tour, will put on a special performance.
The first 10 students to register for a Berklee in L.A. program will receive a 20% discount, and one full scholarship will be awarded at the event.
