Nettwerk has announced the signing of Bobs & LoLo to its label and management roster. The Vancouver-based children’s music duo are prepping to release their brand new album Wave Your Antlers on November 4, 2014, featuring the instant children’s favorite "Chris Moose."
Bobs & LoLo are two-time Juno nominated singer-songwriters and the dynamic duo regularly spotted on Canada’s national preschool network, Treehouse TV in their upbeat, musical preschool series - Sing, Dance and Play with Bobs & LoLo. The Canadian pair is dedicated to connecting children to nature and healthy choices with music, movement and make-believe.
What began as a small collaboration in 2003 between childhood friends Robyn Hardy (Bobs) andLorraine Pond (LoLo) has led to numerous awards including recognition from the Parents’ Choice Foundation, the Western Canadian Music Alliance and the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada in addition to the JUNO Awards (2012 and 2010 nominees.) Growing up together on Vancouver Island, Robyn and Lorraine have always shared a love of music, the outdoors and a passion for working with children.
To date, Bobs & LoLo have released four award-winning full-length albums alongside a critically acclaimed musical DVD and children’s book and have performed thousands of live shows for children and families throughout North America.
Bobs & LoLo are the latest addition to the Nettwerk label roster, which also includesPassenger, Sinead O’ Connor, Boy & Bear, Frazey Ford, Run River North, Madi Diaz,Guster and many more.
