One half of Outkast, Andre 3000 played the Greek Theater October 2nd. From 1993-2006, Outkast had released six albums, four of which hit number two and one to hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart along with three number one singles. After 2007 the duo split up to reunite in 2014 for a few festival dates including Coachella.
To describe Andre 3000’s show would be world music, mostly instrumental, and experimental, and as he stated there is no setlist, him and his band come up with music on the spot.
Andre released his first solo album in November last year New Blue Sun which hit number 1 on the US New Age Chart.
