This role will be a Flex First role (in-office and working remotely). With responsibilities including, providing general administrative support to Sony Music Latin distribution labels & artists, being an active member of the Distribution team by supporting the project leads across the set-up process. Collecting production parts from SML Distributed Labels & delivering these production parts to SML system. Communicating with the Production dept in a daily basis. Coordinating, organizing, and sending regular team priority project updates to the sales team. Collecting, organizing, and circulating marketing assets to the sales team. Pulling sales report and maintaining a calendar of key anniversaries, cultural moments, and events. Maintaining a log with new releases by labels. Communicating with labels/managers/artists directly.
