Musicians On Call is a nonprofit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. The Creative Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for supporting the Marketing Department’s goals to build the MOC brand as a national organization, increase financial support, support expansion by maintaining brand consistency, and create an emotional connection for our programs with supporters and volunteers. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will be based out of Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
♪ Manage MOC brand assets throughout website and social media, public relations, advertising, design, promotional and third party use to maintain a national brand
♪ Oversee MOC asset library by organizing photos, videos and media materials
♪ Project manage video content creation for events or programs, as needed
♪ Help manage the execution of a new website theme update
♪ Create print and digital assets for:
♪ MOC merchandise
♪ Social media
♪ Brand partner deliverables
♪ Ad campaigns
♪ Solicitation materials for partnerships, fundraising and volunteer opportunities
♪ Events including promotional materials, signage, guest materials
♪ Website and email graphics
♪ Oversee graphic layout for email communications
♪ Manage vendor relationships for merchandise and other printers
♪ Assist Marketing Manager with asset creation and communications for social media
♪ Manage archive policy for photos, video and press pieces
Minimum Qualifications Required:
♪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
♪ Disciplined self-starter who can set and achieve goals with a passion for and interest in learning more about the nonprofit and marketing world
♪ Ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure

♪ Experience with Adobe products and Canva for graphic projects
♪ Experience with video content creation and editing a plus
♪ Literacy in Google publishing tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Photos
♪ Ability to think critically to build tools to fit an organization’s needs in a timely manner
♪ Creativity and a visual eye for print and web
♪ Knowledge of web/marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Pardot and WordPress a plus
Education/Training:
♪ 1-3 years professional experience in graphic, web and/or video production
