RESPONSIBILITES:
Create & update weekly artist one-sheets and timelines to be distributed within the company and to external partners.
Maintain, organize, and distribute all artist assets within and outside the company, including, but not limited to artwork, video content, music, photos, lyrics, and timelines.
Liase with production department and product managers to ensure all assets are scheduled & delivered according to deadlines.
Communicate production changes with internal teams & external label partners.
Assist in the creation, development and execution of marketing plans by participating in meetings & communicating company-wide.
Pull & analyze data and trends as needed using platforms that include, but are not limited to, ChartMetric, Music Connect, Sodatone, Tableau, Spotify for Artists, and Apple Music for Artists.
Assist the SVP of Marketing with administrative tasks including scheduling internal & external meetings, submitting expense reports, coordinating travel, and pulling data.
Liase with third party marketing partners as needed and create/distribute tools.
Actively participate in creative brainstorms.
Research and study new consumer trends.
Monitor all artist online activities.
Assist with artist events as needed, during the day or in the evenings.
