  • Band Submissions Being Accepted For Sunset Sessions ROCK

    314x_Picture1_1Michele Clark’s Sunset Sessions, a music industry convention and talent showcase, will head back to Carlsbad, CA (June 6, 7 & 8) for the seventh time for Sunset Sessions ROCK. Sunset Sessions ROCK will take over the entire new luxurious Hilton Oceanfront Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA, showcasing some of the latest and greatest in ROCK music. The Main Stage and Late Night Lounge showcases (schedule to follow) will all take place at the legendary Belly Up in Solano Beach! This convention will mark the 20th anniversary of Sunset Sessions and the third for Sunset Sessions ROCK!
    Sunset Sessions is a key opportunity for musicians and industry power players alike, introducing record labels, radio station programmers, music supervisors, managers, agents, press, tv bookers and other tastemakers to emerging talent and established artists (This past Sunset Sessions marked the 19th SS event overall). The convention has been influential in the careers of hundreds of new artists, including The Black Keys, Fun., Ryan Adams, Jack Johnson, James Blunt, The Zac Brown Band, Jason Mraz, Dead Sara, Beware of Darkness, Grace Potter, Tristan Prettyman, The Parlotones, Alpha Rev  and Jason Mraz. Marquee names like Stevie Nicks, Richie Sambora, Carlos Santana, Jimmy Cliff, Billy Corgan, Lucinda Williams, Jewel, Third Eye Blind, Chris Isaak, Melissa Etheridge, John Hiatt, Dido, and Wayne Coyne are also alumni of the illustrious event.  The Recording Academy partners with Sunset Sessions to help artists navigate their careers from Sunset Sessions to The Grammys.
