DAISY ROCK SUPPORTS ROCK TO THE FUTURE

Daisy Rock Girl Guitars have announced their support of the Rock to the Future program through a donation of a Pixie Acoustic-Electric guitar. Their co-ed program aims to instill the philosophy of equality in musicianship with their students. Rock to the Future offers free music lessons for low-income students in Philadelphia. Students learn guitar, bass guitar, drums, keyboards, and/or vocals, and collaborate across gender and race to write new, original music in a positive, safe environment. They also offer free homework help and tutoring and incorporate the positive effects of music education with academic education to create a brighter future for their students.
