Leave the crew on the couch
Bringing your own extensive crew on your first tour is wasting money. Your first tour shouldn’t be about perfect sound, but about converting people. To a professional artist it may sound blasphemous, but meeting people is a far more effective way to do so than by giving a perfect show.
