Label all CDs clearly
We’ve said this before, but it is a tip worth repeating. When submitting music to film and TV, never submit CDs that are either unmarked or not clearly marked. Create a label that has your name/band name and contact info including a phone number and email address. It does not have to be anything fancy, just clear and legible. A blank, unlabeled CD becomes a fancy coaster.
