Know The Purpose of Your Recordings
Before you walk into the studio, know what the recordings will be for. If you’re making a demo to send in for film placement, or high level record execs, the quality of the recordings will need to be the highest you can afford. However, if you are looking to put up a demo for your fans before you track your next full-length album, you may be able to take an easier — more cost friendly — route.
