Protect your ears. This tip cannot be spoken enough in the industry. When exposing yourself to any loud noise—even if it’s your stellar guitar solo or kick drum—take necessary precautions to keep them hairs in your skull from shaking. Earplugs, headphones and in-ear monitors can all be healthy solutions.
