Shannon Hamm, guitarist for Death and Control Denied, and the mastermind behind Beyond Unknown, found himself in the ICU (Intensive care unit) of his local hospital after being rushed there due to a near fatal heart attack. Shannon, like many today, lives without any health insurance.
